Mission:
To promote scholarship in mathematics and foster enjoyment and understanding of mathematics among Carlisle High School students. To promote enthusiasm and understanding of mathematics within the community around us by way of community service.
Grade / Class Criteria:
•
Has completed Algebra I and either Geometry or Algebra II
•
Has completed a third college-preparatory math class or be currently enrolled in a third college-preparatory math class
•
Be enrolled in a math class all four years of high school
•
Has a B average in all math classes
Community Service Hours:
•
Complete 10 hours of community service
Half of the service hours must be related to mathematics
Annual Dues:
•
$10.00 - new members
•
$5.00 - returning members
Meeting Attendance:
•
Attend monthly meetings during the year
•
Actively participate in at least one of the honor society events
