
Mission:
To inspire and recognize students with outstanding art ability and further the creative abilities of the members. To aid members in working toward their highest potential in an art area. To bring art to the attention of the school and community and further aesthetic awareness in all aspects of the school’s total program. To increase awareness of art in relation to other areas of the school curriculum.
Grade / Class Criteria:
• Sophomore or older who has already taken an art course
• Received an A grade in a previous art class and has maintained an A average in all art courses
• Has a C average or higher in all other school courses
Community Service Hours:
• Complete 6 hours of art community service
Annual Dues:
• $5.00 (fee costs are established by NAEA)
Meeting Attendance:
• Attend 6 out of 8 monthly meetings during the year
